SPECIAL OFFERING FOR PASTOR PAU IN MYANMAR – Although we are not meeting in person, we still want to take our special offering for Pastor Pau and the believers in Myanmar. As you know, we are trying to raise $5,000 to help Pastor Pau get food (rice, eggs and sugar) to 80 hurting families in his area. For more details, please see the email I sent out earlier this week. VALENTINE’S DATE NIGHT – In order to allow all CBC couples to enjoy a special Valentine’s date night, Pastor Mike, Nancy and a few other adult volunteers will be providing free babysitting on Sunday, February 15 from 5:00-7:30PM. Supper will be provided for the kids. MEN’S BREAKFAST – Our next Men’s Breakfast will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 8AM. Enjoy a delicious breakfast a and a great time of fellowship with other men. Sign up will begin next week. If you are interested in helping with the cooking, please contact Graham Parker.
TEEN LIFE GROUP BIBLE STUDIES – Over the next few months during Teen Life Group, Pastor Mike and the Youth Sponsors will be taking our teens through the new Lifeline Mini Book Series written to help teens learn to Biblically deal with some of the current issues they face. Here are some of the mini books we will be studying: Help! I want to Stay Pure, Help! I’m Stressed Out, Help! I’m in Darkness, Help! I’m Lonely, Help! I Want to Know the Bible. Teens, I hope you will come and grow with us at 9am on Sundays. If you have questions, see Pastor Mike.
