Everyone desires to be loved. God has designed human beings to be loved. A stabilizing truth is God's unconditional, sacrificial, and constant love. He loves you no matter what! Listen to part 2 of the sermon series Stabilizing Truths in Unstable Times.

1. What is the meaning of love?

> “Love” is the Greek word agapao.

  • This is unselfish love.
  • This is is love without expecting anything in return.
  • This is sacrificial love.
  • This is unconditional love.
  • This is loving someone in spite of his/her sins or faults.

> There is nothing you can do to make God love you less, and there is nothing you can do to make God love you more.

> The definition of love is God. (1 John 4:8)

2. How do I know God loves me? (John 3:16)

> He gave, as a sacrifice, His Son. (John 15:13; Romans 5:8; 1 John 4:9)

> He gave, as a sacrifice, His only Son Who was sinless and did not deserve to die. (1 Peter 2:22; Hebrews 4:15)

3. What do I do with God’s love?

> If you are an unbeliever, turn from your sins and accept God’s gift of love, Jesus   Christ, as your Savior! (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10, 13)

> If you are a believer, remember God’s love and love God and others as Christ loves you!  (1 John 4:11, 19; John 15:12; Matthew 22:37-40)
